Kai Abellon is a proud islander – a native of Cebu, Philippines. Raising her children (aged 5 and 8) binds her to the real world. When they’re schooling, however, Kai’s constant companions are heroes and villains, and you won’t find her far from dystopian society or apocalyptic wars.
