Lynda Scott Araya is a writer and teacher living in the beautiful Waitaki Valley. She is a 2022 recipient of an NZSA Mentorship, for which she is profoundly grateful and in fulfilment of this she wrote a yet-to-be-published poetic memoir, The Air Between Us. Most recently, she has been published by Colossus Press and also on the GivenWords blog and has work forthcoming with Elixir Star & Press, as well as the upcoming New Zealand Poetry Society Anthology.
