Mina Otsuka is a Japanese translator and writer based in Tokyo. Her first translation “The Ten-Year Plan” was published in Hayden’s Ferry Review. Her first flash fiction appeared in FlashFlood. Her other translations and articles have been published on a number of websites and in some newspapers, including Discover Nikkei, The North American Post and All About Japan.
